Established in 1972, Lalit Narayan Mithila University (LNMU) Darbhanga is a state university located in Darbhanga, Bihar. LNMU is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). LNMU comprises 43 constituent colleges and 24 affiliated colleges, offering a diverse range of academic programs including 30 degrees and over 1000 courses.
