Don Bosco College, Maram started in the year 2000 and recognised as the government aided college founded in Manipur, India. As a college linked to Manipur University, Imphal this college has secured NAAC ‘A’ grade with a CGPA of 3.35/4. Located on a 24 acres of land, DB College provides a wide variety of bachelors and masters degree in Science, Commerce, Arts and Humanities and Computer Applications. Being a college that offers a total student enrolment of 2062 and faculty strength of 64, the college has the desire learning environment. The institute currently has 19 courses in 8-degree programmes for every career interest disciplines.
Hostel facilities for both boys and girls are well provided and comfortable boosting of a secure accommodation for students. A person, who has passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for the course.
MA Sociology
A candidate who has passed a Bachelor's degree of 3 years duration (B.A. or equivalent) under 10+2+3 pattern from any recognized university.
BA
Pass in XII Arts with minimum of 50% of marks in the subjects of Hr. Sec. Exam.If not studied at Hr. Sec. level, then one should have an over all aggregated of at least 50% of marks.
B.Sc Biotechnology
A person, who has passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) with science stream or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for the course.
MA History
A candidate who has passed a Bachelor's degree of 3 years duration (B.A. or equivalent) under 10+2+3 pattern from any recognized university.
