The B.Tech programs have streams in Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. At the postgraduate level, SITAM offers M.Tech in VLSI and Embedded Systems, Transportation Engineering, Control Systems, and Thermal Engineering. All these programs at both levels are aimed to equip students with deep awareness of the chosen field of study and practical skills toward executing the same.
