• Dr. Neeru Garg Principal of SSD Women's Institute of Technology, Bathinda has been felicitated with Deen Dayal Vachaspati Award for being one of the best Principal in SSD Colleges across the country and award was given by Hon’ble Governor of Uttarakhand His Excellency Lt. General Sh. Gurmeet Singh.

SSD Women's Institute of Technology, Bathinda was established by S.S.D. Sabha in 1998 with the aim of providing a meaningful & more functional education to girls. It is an autonomous university affiliated by Punjabi University, Patiala and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). 

SSD Women's Institute of Technology, Bathinda campus is spread across 2 acres of land and provides all infrastructural facilities to its students. The college has two departments Computer Science and Management which offers MCA and MBA courses respectively in full time mode. 

SSD Women's Institute of Technology, Bathinda admissions are offered for postgraduate courses. The college provides practical work culture to the students. SSD Women's Institute of Technology, Bathinda main mission is to bring Punjab on the top in the field of IT and Business education.
